The goal of pregnancy options support is to equip and encourage individuals and families faced with unexpected pregnancy and its effects, empowering them to make well-informed decisions in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

Pregnancy options support includes:

• Information on all pregnancy options

• Exploration of available resources so the potential in each option is understood

• Emotional support as individuals and families process their feelings toward each choice and it's impact, both now and in the future

• Decision-making strategies to help facilitate clarity and resolve

You can visit our centre without an appointment during walk in hours, or call, email, or use our online booking system to schedule a virtual or in-person visit. Your Support Worker will listen to your concerns and questions, and give you information and tools to equip you to make your decision.
